As the warmer weather arrives, we often feel weighed down by sluggish energy and the heavier foods of winter.
In this workshop we will stimulate the liver and gallbladder meridians to shift stagnation and feel refreshed and revitalised for Spring.
Yin Yoga is a slower, more restorative style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for several minutes at a time in order to stimulate the deep connective tissue and fascia of the body. The poses are sequenced in a way that affects the flow of energy throughout the meridians, or energy channels of the body.
Come give your liver some love on Friday 10th November surrounded by the soft glow of candlelight. By working with the energy of the wood element we feel clearheaded and purposeful as we approach the busy season ahead.
Complete the practice with guided yoga nidra to feel relaxed and restored.
