Prenatal yoga can be commenced at any time after the first trimester.
If you have any complications during pregnancy we recommend checking with your care provider that yoga is the right choice for you.
Postnatal or mums & bubs yoga can be commenced 6 weeks after vaginal birth, or 8 weeks after caesarean birth.
We recommend talking to your care provider about your postpartum recovery and whether you are able to recommence gentle exercise.
