Tiff specialises in prenatal and postnatal yoga, and her Wagga Yoga classes place an emphasis on safe and gentle movement for every stage of the motherhood journey.
She is passionate about pelvic floor and core integrity, helping mums to feel well throughout pregnancy and regain confidence in movement postpartum. Each class focuses on supporting the nervous system through breathing, relaxation techniques and mindful movement.
Tiffanie first trained in a fluid form of yoga called Hatha Vinyasa under senior teachers Noelle Connoly, Simon Park & Kat Clayton at Body Mind Life. In addition to this she has completed specialist qualifications through Bliss Baby Yoga and the International Yoga Teacher's Association in prenatal yoga, postnatal yoga and yoga for fertility.
As a Certified Hypnobirthing Australia Childbirth Educator practitioner she also weaves techniques for positive birthing into her prenatal classes, encouraging women to explore ways to make this significant rite of passage an empowering experience.
