Becoming a mum challenges your body, mind and emotions. It can be difficult to find the energy and time to fit relaxation and fitness into your busy day.
Our Mums & Bubs Yoga course is run in Wagga Wagga and is a friendly, fun & supportive way to bond with your baby whilst taking the time to nurture yourself. We combine movement, stretching, breathing & relaxation to reinvigorate body and mind.
What to expect:
- Rebuild strength & tone after pregnancy
- Safely strengthen abdominal and pelvic floor strength
- Relieve back and shoulder pain associated with feeding and carrying baby
- Increase energy and reduce fatigue
- Relieve stress & tension
- Relax the body & mind
- Bond with baby
- Connect with like minded mamas
Wednesdays or Fridays 11am - 11.45am (Wagga Wagga)
$80 for 4 week course.
No prior experience necessary.
Places are limited to ensure classes are small and intimate. Bookings essential.
It is safe to commence after the 6 week postnatal check or after 8 weeks for C-section.
The class is designed for babies pre- active crawling.
Please note there is no expectation for your baby to behave in a certain way. We are all in the same boat. You are welcome to feed and change baby before, during and after class.
All mats & props are provided. Please bring a rug or playmat for your baby.
Please note Tiff is on maternity leave to welcome her second baby from August 2019 and will return early next year.
